Susan Cane, DDS is originally from Los Angeles, California. She actually grew up in the San Fernando Valley and graduated from high school at El Camino Real Senior High in 1984. Four year later in 1988, she graduated from the University of California (UCLA) with a B.S. degree in Mathematics. As well, she received her Master’s degree in Economics from UCLA. In 2013, Dr. Susan Cane graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry.
Upon graduation, Dr. Crane started practicing general dentistry at the Pacific Palisades Dentistry in Pacific Palisades, California (a suburb of Los Angeles). In 2014, she started a new position at Abri Dental and practiced general dentistry there for over 4 years. In 2018, Dr. Susan Cane, DDS joined Smile Angels of Beverly Hills at 8500 Wilshire Blvd #709, Beverly Hills, California.
Dr. Cane is also an active member of various high regarded facilities such as the Alpha Omega dental fraternity, American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. What is more, Dr. Crane is the daughter of a renowned dentist and proudly carries her father’s legacy of providing “dentistry with a heart”.
One of the most unique and fervent details about Dr. Cane is that she is very passionate about esthetic and restorative dentistry. In fact, her health-minded and holistic approach to dentistry was an inspiration that came from her late father. Dr. Cane also lives up to her objectives by building strong relationships with her clients. As well, her methods in practicing dentistry are extraordinaire. Dr. Cane believes in understanding the cause of why a client needs dental treatment. For answers, she not only examines the mouth and teeth, but the body as a whole. Through her extensive background and all-encompassing approach to dentistry, Dr. Susan Cane, DDS enriches a client’s dental experience with wellness, ease and transformation.
Dr. Susan Cane was also the Faculty Advisor for the Alpha Omega dental fraternity chapter at UCLA. Likewise, while still at UCLA she held a part time faculty position in the Restorative Dentistry division. From 2014 to present, she has held her part time faculty position at the UCLA School of Dentistry.
In her free time, Dr. Susan Cane enjoys spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of two wonderful teen-aged boys. Dr. Cane is also a big UCLA Bruin’s fan and attends the teams games whenever possible.
